Dr. Al-Mulla has been involved with Oasis Capital Bank (OCB) since 2008, from the inception of the conceptual evolution of the business model together with the promoters of the project, Palm Capital, obtaining the required regulatory approvals, raising the capital and developing / executing the business plan and platform.
Dr Al-Mulla started his banking career with Gulf International Bank (GIB) in 1983, where he had a broad experience from corporate finance, corporate advisory, oil and gas project finance, aircraft finance and investment banking. His last position was as Vice President and Head of Specialised Financing.
In 1990, Dr Al-Mulla joined Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK), starting as Head of International banking and ending as CEO in 2007. During this period, Dr Al-Mulla sat on the board of a number of financial services entities.

Mr. Kohli joined OCB in August 2008 as Chief Financial Officer, to oversee the functions of Finance, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, Treasury, Legal and Compliance.
A Chartered Accountant from India, Mr. Kohli has 28 years of work experience, predominately in banking services industry. During his career, Mr. Kohli has held many senior management positions in the Finance and related functions in various banks in the Gulf and India.
Prior to joining OCB, he worked as Chief Financial Officer of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) in Bahrain for six years, responsible for Finance function and strategic planning. During his career, he has spent many years in senior management roles with multi-national banks, such as, ANZ Grindlays Bank in Mumbai, and Saudi British Bank (Member, HSBC Group) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
